  • A perfect opportunity for those seeking help with floor plan layout, color consultations, product suggestions and an overall vision for the space.  
  • Clients will leave with clarity, a newfound sense of direction and feeling empowered to take the next step on your design journey!

The SKD Approach

We believe that the processes matter just as much as the pretty stuff, if not more. We are flexible in our creativity and the results, but never without approach to getting there. Blending fun with form allows us to create stunning designs but also get the job done. Our steps get us there every time.

  • The creative foundation. We get clear on you before we touch a single layout: how you live, travel, host, and move through your day. Then I build the full design including space planning, architectural review, and a progressive design development you sign off on segment by segment. Once a segment is approved, it's locked, so we always move forward, never in circles.

    Deliverables: deep client discovery, space planning, full material/finish/fixture specifications, vendor alignment, and a complete final design presentation.

  • Execution. I lead project and design management from the field and handle all procurement in-house — you don't source, order, or chase a single thing. You stay in your life; I stay on the details.

    Deliverables: on-site oversight and coordination, full vendor and trade management, and all ordering and receiving handled by SKD.

  • The culmination. You step away to a hotel or rental while my team handles everything — movers bring in furniture, installers are handing art, my team is styling and completely outfitting your home down to the linens, kitchenware, and table settings. You return to a finished, move-in-ready home.

    Deliverables: full installation and styling, complete home outfitting, professional photography, a reveal experience, a post-reveal walkthrough with handoff documentation, and entry into my long-term client program.
